Entertainment Weekly reports that season 16 of 'The Bachelor' will debut in early 2012, while season 7 of 'The Bachelorette' will premiere in May. As previously reported, a second season of 'Bachelor Pad' will air in the summer.
Tonight, second-time 'Bachelor' Brad Womack will choose between executive assistant Chantal and hospital event planner Emily in his second final rose ceremony. The new 'Bachelorette' (the runner-up? Or another lady?) will be announced later in the evening on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live.'
The current 'Bachelor' season started off with the show's second-lowest premiere ratings ever, but has averaged more than 10 million viewers a week throughout the season.
All three 'Bachelor'-related series will, as always, continue to be hosted by the seemingly unflappable Chris Harrison
