The show will feature Ryan and Dick in New York along with Jenny McCarthy. They will work the east coast celebration while Fergie handles the West Coast countdown.
As usual, we are also being promised a slew of big name performances. In fact, Avril Levigne is set to make a comeback of sorts with her new single ‘What The Hell,’ off of the upcoming album ‘Goodbye Lullaby.’ Also on the bill are Kesha, Taio Cruz, Jennifer Hudson, Drake, Natasha Bedingfield, K$sha, Train, The Backstreet Boys, and New Kids On The Block.

For some, it has become a tradition to sit with family and watch this
particular New Year’s broadcast. It’s nice that they continue to keep Mr. Clark involved, even with some of the health problems he has had in recent years. I suppose at some point they will completely hand it over to Ryan Seacrest, but the countdown just won’t be the same without him.
